Insomnia can lead to feeling so fatigued with a lack of energy the next day that you just don’t function as you otherwise could. Psychological reasons can be anxiety, stress or depression. Medical reasons can include hormonal changes in women. Medical conditions. These include allergies, arthritis, asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure, hyperthyroidism, and Parkinson's disease. Pain from injury or sleep apnea can be another problem.
Jet lag, adjusting to sleep when changing hours of work, too much coffee or alcohol, even medications can be the cause of insomnia.

I thought I would write and give you an update. GREAT NEWS !!! D... is sleeping evenings and awake of a day. D...s sleep pattern is great and you have been successful with him and I thank you greatly.
D... uses meletonin and a sleep tablet to get him off to sleep. He has been up and down with his health. D... has been waking at 4am in the morning which is tiring him but on the whole he is sleeping evenings. This is the first time in nine years that D... has slept every evening.
Three weeks ago D... was finally diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue due to whole brain radiation at treatment. The results were from clinical research over nine years from W....... Children’s Hospital.
The success that D... has had from your treatment is wonderful, now he has comfort in the fact he has a more normal sleep pattern.
