EM&R/H [Eye Movement & Reprocessing in Hypnosis] – A left-brain, right-brain technique that can dissolve your unwanted feelings. Not to be confused with Helen Shapiro’s EMDR which I find is needlessly long and cumbersome.
TSR/H - [Trauma Symptom Reduction in Hypnosis] – A meta psychology method that can eliminate trauma held in your mind. (Similar but not the same as TIR, traumatic incident reduction nor the Movie technique in NLP)
