What therapies do I use so you can achieve this?

Clinical Hypnotherapy – where you can choose to make changes in your mind to receive the benefits that you deserve.

Counselling – helps you understand so you can choose to make changes.

*EFT/H - Emotional Freedom Technique in Hypnosis - Psychological Acupuncture (light finger tapping) – A powerful comprehensive energy psychology to release unwanted or inappropriate energy blockages that you are holding in your body.

*To see how this works, go this this link here...

EM&R/H  [Eye Movement & Reprocessing in Hypnosis]  – A left-brain, right-brain technique that can dissolve your unwanted feelings.  Not to be confused with Helen Shapiro’s EMDR which I find is needlessly long and cumbersome.

TSR/H - [Trauma Symptom Reduction in Hypnosis] – A meta psychology method that can eliminate trauma held in your mind. (Similar but not the same as TIR, traumatic incident reduction nor the Movie technique in NLP)

And more...

“Not ME!” I have tried everything you say?  Then go to the Advertorials and read what people have said, some that have felt exactly like you…  read here...

It does not matter...

How long you have had a problem...   or how often you have unsuccessfully dealt with the problem...

It does matter...

That you have a strong desire to change ... that it must be your own decision to want to change ...

Give me that assurance and I will be able to help you.

How does it feel to be hypnotised?

Most people have the idea that if they are hypnotised they are unconscious or asleep or out of control ...  In fact when in hypnosis your mind is alert ... you hear every word from the therapist and remember what has been said ...

You can reject any suggestion made by the therapist if it is against your own beliefs ...

The physical feeling of hypnosis is one of comfort and relaxation.  It is this feeling of relaxation and comfort that can be used to free people from the stress and anxiety that plagues so many lives

to-day.

There are many ways of going forward, but only one way of standing still."

In a comfortable daydream-like state, we are able to restructure thoughts, feelings and responses ...  A good deal of suffering is the consequence of negative thoughts and impulses from the past which can sabotage ones health, happiness and efficiency ...  By the time one has reached adulthood, one has built up negative modes of thinking, feeling and acting which persist like bad habits ... and like any habit they require effort to break ... In hypnosis we replace these negative attitudes with positive ones ...
