Start with what you are grateful for in your life at the moment:
We often forget to give thanks for what we have, and instead keep focusing on what we don’t have. That makes us feel discontented.
An example you might be grateful for, might be; “I am very grateful that I have my eyesight.”, or “I am very grateful that I was able to eat something today.” It may be that you are grateful that you can Hear... Smell... Be able to read... That you can walk... Feel safe... Have a friend or family...
Yet some of these things may not be available to you at this time, and you might need to question what you are able to do about that.
Don’t wait for a special day to be grateful.
Start a list today, look at it each day to remind you of these things and add on other things as you think of them. It reminds you that you are already a winner in some areas of your life.
Some of those skills will be able to help you towards bringing about other changes in your life.
Happiness starts in your mind in the words of Audrey Hepburn:
Nothing is impossible, the word itself says "I'm possible" !

I will treat all people with respect
And dignity, whatever their circumstances, to ease their burden to return to health wealth and happiness.
Help can be in the form of listening or advising where they might get help. It doesn’t mean you give money so they can buy cigarettes or drugs, but if you could afford it, you might go to a shop with them to buy them a slice of pizza. Or a coffee. Why not motivate your local Pizza shop to do what owner Mason Wartman did.

Remember that Charity Begins At Home… If you are unhappy, there has to be a reason. Come and get some help. Just because you haven’t sorted out a problem, doesn’t mean it can’t be fixed.

All change starts off with accepting where you are at right now. You may not like that - that is good, it means that is your intelligent mind is telling you that you are wanting to change.
If you have been wanting that change for a long time, don’t worry - all that means is you haven’t found the person or way that has allowed you to do that so far. There is no such thing as failure, there are just ways that don’t work.
Our mind is very powerful, it can achieve amazing things - but only if we both believe we can make it happen. It is my job to show you how powerful your mind is and to help you make the changes.
